Bleaching – how it’s done
In our dental office we mainly use the so-called “In-Office-” or “Power-Bleaching” with the Bright-Smile system. The whitening process takes approximately 1 hour. As an alternative we also offer “Home-Bleaching”. For this treatment a small see through plastic splint is built, which will be worn overnight for one or two weeks.
The Bright Smile method is using a light activating system, which is operating wirhin the spectre of blue-green wavelengths. This type of light barely radiates warmth and absolutely no dangerous UV rays. In combination with our small dosed hydrogen peroxide gel (from 15% up to 30%), this method forms one of the safest treatments in all of dentistry.
The gel is applied to the teeth, shown on by the Bright Smile lamp, and only an hour later the teeth are 9-12 shade tabs brighter…lasting 2-3 years
