What are “bridges”?
Gaps in a row of teeth one or more teeth and a desire for a fixed tooth replacement, a bridge is the alternative to implants … especially if too little bone for implants is present or the adjacent teeth have already been supplied with old crowns.
Bridges are characterized in that the abutment teeth (the teeth next to the gap) to be ground and missing teeth are connected by bridge members with abutment crowns. The gap will be “bridged”
