Waiting periods
Our practise is an appointment practise. The patients who have agreed on an appointment are treated in general on time by this appointment. At waiting periods it comes only in special cases or with not foreseeable emergencies.
Please, keep, hence, also the terms for your part on time or inform us on time, provided that you cannot perceive an appointment. If appointments are not called off at least 24 hrs in the approach, we reserve ourselves to settle this analogously rate SSO.
